Care Instructions

All collars and accessories are designed to be high quality and durable. Collars can be washed at 30 degrees. The life span of the product will depend on each individual dogs activity levels. General wear and tear will occur as with all items that are worn on a regular basis. It is your responsibility to check for any loose stitching to make sure it is still safe for your pet. 

Timescales

All collars and accessories are bespoke items and are handmade to order by us here at Salt Dog Studios. We always try to make sure we have materials in stock but sometimes supplies on high demand will be unavailable. In the event of your order being unavailable we will contact you to issue you a full refund or let you know when it is back in stock, if you prefer. We are currently working on a 1-2 week turnaround, however Royal Mail have some delays in certain areas.

Payments

Payments are processed via PayPal or via the secure website, no card details are passed though to us.
