Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your order for another size, please let us know. We can arrange a replacement on return of your goods in their original condition and packaging.
Returns and refunds for ordinary UK online purchases
We want you, the customer, to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Customers can notify us that they wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods, then have another 14 days to send them back.
When the whole order is cancelled under this right, we refund the standard outward delivery charge. Any extra paid for express delivery does not need to be refunded.
Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Salt Dog Studios covers reasonable return postage for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that they were sent back, whichever is earlier.
Customers may inspect and try items as they would in a shop. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Customers’ statutory rights for faulty goods are preserved and do not end after 30 days. Sale and Hemp Archive products retain the same statutory rights.
