Please note that the shipping time is from when your order is dispatched.  Processing usually takes 1-3 days, but can be longer during busy periods. We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your order for another size, please let us know. We can arrange a replacement on return of your goods in their original condition and packaging.

Returns

We want you, the customer, to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not, please return the item unworn, in original condition, within 14 days for a full refund. Your postage will not be refunded unless your item arrives faulty or damaged. If your item is damaged within 30 days please contact us to arrange return and replacement. This does not apply to general wear and tear.
