Refund policy

Returns and Exchange

We want you, the customer, to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not please return the item unworn, in original condition within 14 days for a full refund. We do not refund postage unless the item is faulty. If your item is damaged within 30 days please contact us to arrange return and replacement. This does not apply to general wear and tear.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for a different size please contact us and we can arrange to send out an alternative product on return of your goods.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item..
